A chat room for speaking

It’d be cool if we could have a chat room of some sort with either video call and text or even just video call so that we could practice speaking and possibly you’ve been learning from other people who speak the language. And may be offer a reward for those who speak one of the language languages and spends about an hour on the video chat call with other people, they get free lives or unlimited lives for the day for doing one hour or maybe for the week depending on what’s more feasible for you guys.
